Welcome to the online store for Minehub, a Minecraft server owned and operated by Mellofrog Studios LLC (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using our store and making purchases of digital content, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Additionally by playing on Minehub, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not play on Minehub, use this store, or make any purchases.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use this store. By making a purchase, you affirm that you meet these requirements.

2. Products and Services

All products sold through this store are digital goods intended for use on the Minecraft server Minehub. These may include:

In-game currency
Cosmetic Items
Ranks or perks
Other virtual items or services

These items have no real-world value.

3. Server Access

Playing on the Minehub server is a privilege that we provide. Access to the server, as well as any content or features, may be restricted, modified, or revoked at any time at our sole discretion — with or without prior notice. This includes temporary or permanent bans for any reason, including but not limited to rule violations or chargebacks.

4. Refund Policy

All sales are final. However, under limited circumstances, we may issue a refund at our discretion. You must contact us first via email or Discord before initiating any refund request. Refunds may be considered only in cases such as:

Duplicate purchases
Failure to receive purchased content after troubleshooting

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first will result in a permanent ban from the store and results in a permanent ban from the server.

5. Chargebacks

We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy toward chargebacks and payment reversals. If you open a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider:

You will be permanently banned from this store
You may be permanently banned from the Minehub Minecraft server
Any purchased content will be revoked immediately

We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any issues before taking action through your payment provider.

6. Server Rules and Compliance

All players must follow the server rules posted or on our Discord. Violating these rules may result in:

Temporary or permanent bans
Revocation of purchased items
Loss of access to services with no refund

We reserve the right to enforce rules and take disciplinary action at our discretion.

7. Modifications and Termination

We reserve the right to:

Modify, suspend, or discontinue store items or services at any time
Update these Terms of Service without notice
Revoke access to purchased items for rule violations or misuse

Your continued use of the store and/or server after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

8. Data Collection

We only collect your Minecraft Identifier (UUID) to deliver purchases. All payment processing is handled securely through Tebex Ltd.. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

9. Payments and Tebex Partnership

We partner with Tebex Limited (www.tebex.io), who are the official merchant of digital content produced by us. If you wish to purchase licenses to use digital content we produce, you must do so through Tebex as our licensed reseller and merchant of record.

In order to make any such purchase from Tebex, you must agree to their terms, available at https://checkout.tebex.io/terms.

If you have any queries about a purchase made through Tebex, including but not limited to refund requests, technical issues, or billing enquiries, you should contact Tebex support at https://www.tebex.io/contact/checkout in the first instance.
